The Yin Space
SANKALPA
I created The Yin Space for you to explore the quieter side of life.
Our days are often filled with movement, information, responsibilities and constant stimulation. We move from one thing to the next, always taking in more, but rarely giving ourselves the time to pause, process and simply be.
This space brings together practices, reflections and resources that invite you to slow down and turn inward. A place to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and return to yourself.
Welcome to the yin side of life.

Upcoming Online Yin Classes
Next time we meet on Sunday, August 30th at 8pm CET
Join me for a healing Yin Yoga practice from the comfort of your own home.
Together, we create space to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of the body. You do not need any special equipment or previous experience. A mat or carpet, a blanket and a cushion are enough.

-
"The combination of stillness, breath and Gregor's soothing voice helps me switch off from the constant busyness of everyday life. It's the best gift I can give myself."

The Ocean of Breath is a gentle 10-minute guided meditation I created to give you a little break during your day. Together, we'll use the breath as an anchor, allowing the mind to settle and the body to soften, so you can come back to yourself feeling a little more grounded, calm, and present.
