Hi, my name is Gregor.
Iβm a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in Salzburg, Austria. I was drawn to yoga during a time when my life felt like complete chaos. At first, I was attracted to strong, physically demanding classes, but over time, I realized that pushing myself to exhaustion wasnβt the path to healing I needed. I began exploring the more subtle aspects of yoga and its philosophy, and thatβs how I embarked on my own journey inward. It has truly been life-changing for me.
Now, I want to share what Iβve learned and help others find their own path toward balance and self-discovery. Whether youβre looking to strengthen your body, calm your mind, or explore the deeper layers of your being, Iβm here to guide and support you on your journey.
