Individual Yoga Therapy – Your Personal Path to Balance

Healing and transformation take time.
That’s why, for new students, I don’t offer single sessions, but a thoughtful process spread over three personalized yoga sessions, where we gradually build your practice together.

The sessions can take place at your home, online, or – if you prefer – in suitable spaces that I can organize for you at an additional cost.

In these three sessions, the goal is to understand your body, recognize your needs, and develop a personalized yoga sequence that supports you in the long term—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

🍃 What to Expect in the Three Yoga Therapy Sessions

First Session – Understand & Connect
We start with an in-depth conversation about your body, your life, and your goals.
Then we practice mindfully to discover what you truly need—whether it’s relief, strength, calm, or clarity.

Second Session – Build & Adapt
Based on our findings, we develop a tailored practice.
You’ll learn movements, breathing exercises, and techniques designed specifically for you. I guide you in building confidence and trust in your practice.

Third Session – Deepen & Integrate
We refine your sequence, adapt it to your daily life, and make sure you can continue practicing independently.
You’ll leave with a clear, cohesive routine—for lasting balance and healing.
