A free online yin yoga class.

Hi, I’m really happy that you made it here. I’m a big fan of Yin Yoga. When I started practicing yoga, I was drawn to more dynamic and physical styles. But after some time, I realized that something was missing. I was not taking time to rest, to slow down, and to integrate.

This class is my invitation to you to create that space. A space to rest, to feel, and to come back home to yourself.

How to use this class:
All you need is a quiet space, a mat or a carpet, and about 40 minutes of your time. If you like, you can use a cushion or a blanket to stay warm and comfortable.

You don’t need special clothing — your pajamas are perfectly fine. And you don’t need any experience with yoga or a certain type of body. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
