Yin Sanctuary
An Online Yoga Space for Rest, Reflection & Renewal
Yin Sanctuary is a donation-based online yoga space offering a gentle, twice-monthly Yin Yoga practice designed to support deep rest, inner reflection, and nervous system renewal.
In a world that often feels fast, loud, and demanding, this is an invitation to step out of doing and into being.
A space where nothing needs to be achieved.
A space where you are not asked to perform or improve.
A space where you can simply arrive as you are.
Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, breath awareness, and guided stillness, we create conditions for the body to release tension, the mind to soften, and attention to return inward.
This is not about flexibility or intensity.
It is about presence.

Who this is for
Yin Sanctuary is for you if:
• You feel overwhelmed or constantly “on”
• You are craving rest, stillness, or space to breathe
• You want to explore yoga beyond movement and performance
• You are seeking a more gentle and sustainable practice
• You simply want time to come back to yourself
Hi, I’m Gregor.
Yoga hasn’t always been slow or subtle for me.
I was first drawn to strong, physical practices — searching for control, intensity, something to hold onto.
But over time, yoga became something else.
A space to soften. To listen. To come back to myself.
Today, I share practices that go beyond the surface — rooted in tradition, but deeply relevant to modern life.
This class is a small doorway into that space.
