Retreat Terms & Conditions

🦀 Albania Yoga Retreat – September 5–9, 2026

1. Registration & Payment

Your place in the retreat is secured once:

  • You confirm your booking via email, and

  • The non-refundable reservation fee of €260 has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid by August 5, 2026 (one month before the retreat begins) via bank transfer in Euro (€).

All payments are made in Euro via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation by You

The €260 reservation fee is non-refundable, as it secures your place and allows us to plan responsibly.

If you need to cancel:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat: the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date: the full retreat price is non-refundable.

You may transfer your spot to another person at any time before the retreat begins. Please inform us in writing, and ensure the new participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance.

3. Minimum Number of Participants

The retreat requires a minimum of 6 participants.

If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat up until July 31, 2026. In this case, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Please note that we cannot reimburse additional costs such as flights or other travel arrangements.

4. Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled due to serious illness of a facilitator or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), all payments made will be fully refunded.

We are not responsible for additional personal travel costs.

5. Programme & Schedule

The retreat schedule and excursions may be adjusted due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or the needs and energy of the group.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme in order to create the best possible experience for everyone.

6. Responsibility & Liability

By participating in the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in yoga, hikes, excursions, and related activities.

All participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

We do not assume liability for:

  • Injuries or accidents during the retreat

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

  • Travel disruptions or external circumstances

Each participant is responsible for arranging appropriate health, travel, and cancellation insurance.

7. Photos & Videos

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken for use on our website and social media.

By participating, you agree that such material may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins — we will fully respect your wishes.

8. Agreement

By confirming your booking and paying the reservation fee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
